This service offers up-to-date, online views of customer utility accounts, while also providing several convenient payment options.

From the comfort of home, citizens can review such information as payment history, pending payments, and account status.

FOR EXISTING USERS:
If you have previously established a user account for online utility bill pay with City of Midland, please click on Login then enter your complete utility account number (ex. xxxxx-xxxxx) and the password of your previously established user account. The site will prompt you to create a new user ID, identified by your eMail address. Your existing accounts and wallet will be reconciled with this new eMail based User ID. After completing the process and activating your account you will use your eMail address as your User ID to gain access to your account profile.

FOR NEW USERS:
If you have never previously created an account, please click Create New User at the top and follow the steps to establish a new user account. Alternatively, you may use the One Time Payment link on the left to pay your bill immediately.

Important Notice: If you have been shutoff for non-payment and you manually make a payment online during normal business hours, you will need to contact Customer Service to inform of the payment. If the payment is made after hours, you will need to call Customer Service the next business day to inform of the payment and request reactivation.
